• AI Agent: The road of improvements - from a 90-line script to an enterprise agent platform.
  What does it take to turn a 90-line AI agent script into an enterprise-ready platform? This session follows 17 months of building, rebuilding, and scaling an internal AI agent - from an early prototype to a solution a whole team can develop and maintain. Artem will share what worked, what didn’t, how usage data and measurable quality shaped the product, why the team moved to managed infrastructure, and what comes next - including bringing the agent into the tools people already use and the trade-offs that come with it.
• Beyond Spark tuning: optimizing the problem, not just the job (part II)
  Session is the continuation of the session presented in October. Spark optimization often starts with tuning jobs, clusters, and configurations. But what if the biggest performance gains come from looking at the problem itself? This session explores a broader approach to optimization - questioning assumptions, working with less data when possible, reconsidering algorithms and complexity, and factoring in business needs and cost. The goal is simple: optimize the problem, not just the job.

  "Artem Bayok is a Solution Architect and Senior Data Engineer at Coherent Solutions with more than 11 years of experience building enterprise data platforms on Azure and AWS. He has designed data solutions for a Fortune 500 global insurance and financial services company and for one of the largest healthcare organizations in the US.
  He has led teams of up to 15 engineers, transforming fragmented enterprise data into modern DWH and lakehouse architectures and building real-time BI platforms that enable critical business decisions. Over the past two years, Artem has also led Coherent Solutions’ internal agentic AI initiatives, developing production-grade AI agents on AWS AgentCore using custom MCP tooling.

  "Dmitry has over 10 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, and applied AI. He currently focuses on building scalable distributed data systems, designing efficient algorithms, and using AI to solve real business problems. His approach combines strong technical expertise with a focus on performance, scalability, and practical solutions.
