➡️ Abstrakty Sesji:

• Data ingestion to Delta with Auto Loader in Big Data system - In this session, we are going to look at the internals of Auto Loader to understand the mechanisms behind this feature. I will present how Auto Loader helps us to run daily batch processing of thousands of files in real scenarios. To make ingestion smoother we will also examinate the structure of landing and raw zones to see how arrangement of incoming files can save the cost and lower the complexity of the solution. Our pipelines process tens of thousands of files per day consuming XML and CSV data to support various customer scenarios. We constantly work to improve the performance of Databricks in close collaboration with Databricks Product Teams.
• Generative AI for Power BI developers - In this session, we will dive into how Generative AI tools can aid in Power BI development – from suggesting relevant KPIs to building visuals. This session will focus mostly on the Code Interpreter from Open AI’s Chat GPT. Attendees will gain practical insight into how this tool works, known issues, as well as how this tool can streamline and improve the business intelligence process. From file formatting to prompt engineering, this session aims to equip attendees with the tools to find value in Generative AI immediately.

• Paweł Tajs - Azure Solutions Architect and Big Data Specialist with a mathematics background, started as Database Developer to gain extensive in-depth knowledge in SQL Server. Experienced in implementing and maintaining various data processing systems, focusing on delivering Spark projects with a comprehensive software development lifecycle (integration, testing, deployment). Currently designing the solutions to support Big Data Analytics using Databricks in Data Mesh architecture.
• Injae Park - A Swedish-Korean Business Intelligence Technical Lead specializing in Power BI and Azure. Having recently been awarded the Microsoft MVP recognition, Injae posts Power BI content actively on Youtube and LinkedIn.
