About Natanya Ruth...
​Natanya's love of Yoga began at the age of 6, when she joined in her grandmother 's (Oma's) early morning yoga practices. Oma sparked in Natanya a lifelong relationship with Yoga, that deepened when, 25 years later, Natanya developed a play about her grandmother's life . Following Oma's inspiration & her own passion for transformation, Natanya retired from classroom teaching, & studied & taught Yoga, Reiki healing, Meditation, Breathwork, Ayurveda & Theater across the world.

Highlights from Natanya's adventures in facilitating transformation include:

• Instructing weekly yoga retreats on the jungle island of Koh Phangan, Thailand
• Creating & guiding annual retreats in Uvita, Costa Rica, and in Cape Cod.
• Producing physical theater in Barcelona, Spain & Paris, France;
• Delving deeper into silent meditation & Yogic practice & philosophy with Guru Amma Sri Karunamayi in Andhra Pradhesh, India & with the Blooming Lotus Yoga School in - Bali.
• Founding The Clearing Yoga Studio in Buzzards Bay, MA in 2016 where she led live and virtual Yoga Teacher Trainings.

In the wake of the pandemic, The Clearing closed its doors and Natanya shifted her offerings to the online space, tropical retreat venues, and select studios.

An Empowerment Coach, and founder of Feel Free Institute, LLC, Natanya offers her signature Freedom Flow Vinyasa practice, Feel Free Ceremonies, Sound Healing, and The Soul Led Entrepreneur Accelerator program for Wellness Professionals ready to uplevel their income through group offerings, Retreats, Events, and immersions.

Natanya is on a mission to support you to trust your soul's call, give abundantly and receive powerfully in this lifetime.
