I’m Rose AJ, and the older I get, the more I realize how powerful it is to have Sister Friends.

I’m a connector at heart and love meeting new women around the PNW—and I hope you do too!

This group is for women 50+, and all fitness, conversation, and mobility levels are welcome.

Come as often or as little as you’d like. Can’t make it one week? No worries—there’s always next time.
