About us

What is Letterboxing?
Letterboxing is a delightfully niche hobby that blends hand-carved rubber stamps, outdoor exploration, puzzle-solving, and a healthy dose of nerdiness. Participants follow clues, often clever and cryptic, to hidden containers (letterboxes) tucked away in parks, trails, and unexpected places. Inside each box is a unique hand-carved stamp and a logbook to mark your find. If you want to go deeper, AtlasQuest.com is the go-to hub for the letterboxing community.

About the PNW Letterbox Club
The PNW Letterbox Club meets every other month to bring letterboxers together in person. Our meetings are relaxed, creative, and social—expect stamp trading, carving sessions, clue-solving, sharing finds, and plenty of geeking out over stamps and boxes.

Our real mission is simple: to introduce new people to letterboxing so this quirky, joyful hobby continues to thrive, and so there will be boxes to find for years to come. Whether you’re brand new or a longtime boxer, you’re welcome here.
