About us
Welcome to PNW Social Collective—a community for people looking to make real connections while exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
This group is about bringing people together through fun, low-pressure events and shared experiences. From movie nights and coffee meetups to hiking trails, brunches, live music, fitness classes, local festivals, and weekend adventures, there’s something for everyone.
Our goal is simple: create a welcoming, inclusive space where friendships happen naturally. Come solo or bring a friend—many of our members attend their first event alone, and that’s completely normal.
No matter your interests, you’ll find opportunities to get out, try something new, and meet great people along the way.
What you can expect:

Portland Book Festival Tickets
I know, I know, this is very far in advance, BUT, general admission wristbands are on sale early. Last year the festival sold out and they had Rebecca Yarros as a featured author (if that tells you anything). I’m making this a meetup event for those who would like to go with company. Feel free to meet everybody and stick with the group, or, say hi then continue on your own.
I will update this event as more information is released.
Per the Portland Book Festival website:
THE FESTIVAL FROM THE CITY THAT LOVES TO READ
This November marks the return of Literary Arts’ Portland Book Festival (PBF), the largest celebration of books and storytelling in the Pacific Northwest. The festival’s largest gathering takes place Saturday November 7 with more than 100 local, regional, and nationally acclaimed authors gathering for Portland Book Festival in the South Park Blocks.
Entry into all individual Saturday November 7 Portland Book Festival events and venues will require a General Admission Wristband. Purchase your general wristband early this year, and get first access to additional add-on ticketed events at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall and the reserved seats for events at the Newmark Theatre, before these go on-sale to the public later this summer! You can also purchase your general admission wristband now, and then upgrade to our Umbrella Pass once those go on sale!
