UPDATE 8.6.24: The event time has been modified and will begin half an hour earlier at 6.30pm. You might be interested in attending the next event from my main group that follows right after: ICEBREAKER #8 - Games on Forging Meaningful Relationships
Podcast duration: 2h 20m 02s
It is not the divorce topic that drives me to create this event. Though plenty of interesting topics have been brought up and discussed. Tears welled up my eyes at Love and Loss (1:24:29). James Sexton, the divorce lawyer, shared his wisdom, "because to love anything is to expose yourself to the inevitability of losing it", "love is not permanently gifted, love is loaned", "It's so brave to love and it's only brave because it's scary". Which part of this episode touches you the most, and why?
Episode Description, taken from The Diary of A CEO with Steven Bartlett:
Divorce rates are dominant, but is there hope for a happily ever after? James Sexton is America's top divorce lawyer, and bestselling author of romantic advice books 'How to Stay in Love' and 'If You're in My Office, It's Already Too Late'. In this conversation, James and Steven discuss the number one reason for 99% of divorces, the link between sex and divorce, the glue that holds marriages together, and a 'note hack' that could save relationships.
