What we’re about
I make a modest amount of money each month playing poker! I want to share how I do that with you. You are a complete newcomer to Poker, or an experienced recreational player wanting to up your game.
We will meet as a small group in the restaurant at the Oaks Club each Monday at 7 pm. I will teach you how to play Texas Hold’em. For those who know the basics, I will share the techniques and disciplines that make me successful.
You are than welcome to join me at a table in the Oaks card room applying what you’ve learned! I will show you how to get seated at a table, and explain the role of the various people you meet running the card room.
I cannot guarantee that anyone will make money at any given session, but I can promise that the people who play with me have fun!
