Marcin Kostka
Marcin is a Cloud Delivery Architect at PwC, where he develops data platforms for clients across various industries. He specializes in the Microsoft data stack, including Fabric, Azure, and Power BI.

Abstrakt sesji:
This session compares two approaches to provisioning Microsoft Fabric - both alternatives to clicking through the Fabric portal. We'll start by explaining the concepts behind each: Terraform, using the Fabric provider to define workspaces, connections, and items as code, and MCP, connecting Claude directly to the Fabric REST API for conversational, ad-hoc management. We'll then walk through configuring both, followed by live demos deploying the same resources each way.

Katarzyna Pikus
Katarzyna Pikus is a Data Sharing Leader specializing in Business Intelligence at Inter IKEA Group, where she combines technical depth with a passion for transforming how organizations work with data.
She focuses on continuous improvement of BI development practices, applying Agile and Lean principles to streamline workflows and elevate solution quality. Recently, she has become particularly engaged in exploring how emerging AI capabilities can enhance Power BI development—bridging the gap between AI innovation and practical BI delivery. Her work centers on using AI to accelerate development, improve DAX quality, automate documentation, and make advanced analytics more accessible across teams.
As an active contributor to Inter IKEA’s global Power BI community, she regularly engages over 100 colleagues every six weeks, fostering knowledge‑sharing and inspiring others to experiment, learn, and grow. Her commitment lies in making complex data approachable, empowering people to use modern BI and AI tools with confidence, and shaping a future where analytics is both scalable and truly user‑friendly.

Damiano Gentiletti
Damiano is a Data Sharing Leader at the IKEA Group since October 2025.
He has joined IKEA as Frontend Developer specializing in Power BI in 2023, bringing with him valuable experience from his previous role as Business Solution Engineer. There, he navigated the intersection of Data Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Modeling, and Frontend Development. He’s passionate about leveraging his technical skills to develop cutting-edge solutions, with a strong emphasis on automation.
Within his current team, he has successfully established the infrastructure for version control of Power BI projects using git - in line with the current industry standards and practices.
In addition to his technical endeavors, he is significantly involved in training and mentoring his colleagues, and regularly shares his knowledge through presentations at internal events. He is consistently eager to collaborate with others to drive innovation and efficiency in analytics solutions
