You are warmly invited to our St Andrew’s Eve celebration on Saturday, 29 November from 7:30 PM, at CIE Sports and Social Club (Inchicore).

St Andrew’s Eve (Andrzejki) is a light-hearted evening filled with a bit of magic and playful fortune-telling that has been part of Polish tradition for generations. We’ll have some fun fortunes (with a wink, of course!) and background music to set a cosy atmosphere. There will also be traditional Polish dishes available for purchase as well as drinks from the bar.

Please note: the event takes place in the bar area, head to the right from the entrance. At the same time, a separate salsa event will take place elsewhere in the building — not in our space, though you might hear some lively music.

We’ll be joined by Clann na Fíanna – a new and energetic reenactment group with Irish-Viking and Slavic roots. They will be holding their Christmas gathering and will also join us in celebrating St Andrew’s Eve.

You’re very welcome to attend if you’d like to discover (or rediscover) this Polish tradition and enjoy a pleasant evening together.
