You’ll also learn to gradually recognize characters from advanced texts. Think of it as dipping your toes into a new world: you’ll leave with the confidence to say hello, learn some grammar, and also learn how to recognize characters.

Important note: This beginner segment lasts exactly 30 minutes before transitioning to Japanese for High Beginners and Intermediates. Absolute beginners are encouraged to stay for the more advanced session as well, but please arrive on time—if you miss the start of the 30-minute foundation, you may struggle to follow the subsequent material.
