There is an increasing amount of "spiritual energy " being released into the body and energy flows outward in one direction without a flow of "other" energy. People know it from experience, and they can think of it as a "spiritual energy" that flows in one direction and flows outward.
In the first place, the "spiritual energy" does not exist inside the body at all. It is a matter of consciousness. Without knowing it, we are in a state of self. We become "other", but the "spiritual energy" resides inside our conscious consciousness and is not a means of reaching another person.
For this reason, I can say that "Soul Energy" is a very important element for people to have in their daily practice when dealing with spiritual energy. While it is not necessarily the place for what this may seem like to be people wanting spiritual energy, they really do need it. This is because it is often considered to be nothing but a means to an end.
In order to get your soul energy to flow again for more than a moment, you have to first place your concentration on having good, neutral energy flowing in.
