FDF Latinee October Edition (Maestro Flaco's B-Day)

It's time for another FDF Latinee at Flaco's Dance Factory in Jenkintown for the festivities. $20.00 cover at the door. THIS ONE IS GOING TO BE XTRA SPECAIL!!!! We are also celebrating a special b-day. Maestro Flaco, owner of FDF studio, has been a friend/mentor/master and teacher to me for several years. I’m reminded of a Star Wars conversation from one of the films I saw, where Luke is speaking with Master Yoda’s force ghost. Yoda said to Luke that “Mastery” is what teachers pass onto their students (inclusive of students embracing their triumphs as well as overcoming their failures when they stumble, demonstrating the ability to grow beyond each of these at their own pace). I truly hope that as a student, I will continue to do so under Maestro Flaco’s tutelage and friendship – passing on “Mastery” to those who seek my advice in terms of their own salsa journey. He is also part of the Pop-Up Salsa organizational team. I'd love for you all to come out and join us in celebration of this special day. As always, the Latinee is BYOB and Potlucked theme. Whatever you bring to share will not go to waste, so don't forget to bring some extra containers with you to take some food for the upcoming week after the event wraps up for the night. There are plenty of adjacent street parking spots near the studio and they are free.
