I know it seems early but it's time to start those seed snails! Bring your fall seeds and let's make our winter garden seed snails. I will provide soil, plastic wrap, and butcher paper. You bring the seeds!

BYOB I will provide some nosh and waters.

Reminder that signing up for the event means you are planning on attending. Please don't no show, shhhtuff happens but when you say you're coming we expect you to be there. Three no shows will have you removed from the group. Please respect the time and effort of the organizer.

Our gardens are producing but now what? Now it's time to preserve your harvest with canning, pickling, freezing, and drying. We will walk through multiple methods of preservation.

We are going to cap this event at 10 so we can answer any and all questions. Don't worry this will be an ongoing event a few times a year.

Class is free but donations are welcome.(Suggested donation of $15 but I want everyone regardless of ability to pay to participate so please know we welcome everyone.)

I almost closed the group because of no shows to our first events. From this point out three no shows will get an automatic removal from the group.

Sloughhouse UPick is open on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Let's go get some cheap veggies! .50 per pound I love going once a year and picking as much as I can. It does get warm so we are planning on meeting up at the front farm stand and driving in together.

I have room in my car for one other person in my vehicle but LOTS of trunk space so if you don't have room in your vehicle let me know and we can work it out!
