We're now forming a dedicated focus group of event planners, skilled chefs, and enthusiastic newcomers to collaboratively launch small-scale popup events. Our goals include: forming this focus group to iron out logistics on launching small-scale popup events; starting in the Bay Area; and sharing knowledge with the AI agent to refine strategies.
This iterative process lets us experiment with formats and create "third places" for community enjoyment beyond home and work. Once validated, we'll scale successful models into larger operations.
