Let’s participate in a challenge immersing ourselves in POSITIVITY. Let’s spend one hour together where everything we say is positive. Let’s observe how that feels at the end and observe how it effects our day.

If we live with constant expectations it is living in a house of ‘tomorrow’ life will be better, if we living in the past we can slip towards regret or depression. It is scientifically proven that positive attitude brings positive outcomes. How about we try it?

I think most of us believe this on some level, and even positive people from time to time can slip into the rut of wanting our own pity party. If it is pouring rain – we start our conversation complaining about the weather…and the tone is set. Instead – we could start with “I really love living in Vancouver” said, not out of sarcasm, but truly looking for something to back the thought up with, like “Vancouver is a great city for enjoying ethic food”. Come join us! Accept the challenge.
