Dog friendly FAST PACED hike around The Buntzen Trail

Starting at the trail head at the far end of the parking lot (last parking lot and OPPOSITE end to the beach) and looping around to end at the dog park. It is important you come to the right place because cell service is spotty in Buntzen. I walk briskly & do a mix of light jogging- I want my heart rate up. This is NOT a stroll! It normally takes me between 2-2.5 hours to complete this loop. I will be bringing my fixed male large breed dog. I will keep him on leash except when I unleash him for a quick cool down /drink in the lake here & there.
