What we’re about
Hello everyone! This is a 5-6 km run group that starts on Friday @ 0645 hours. The group will meet at the Colonel Danforth Park parking lot bathroom.
During off season hours the group will meet at the top of the entrance to the park at Lawson Road and Colonel Danforth Trail.
This a beginners social run club, and the pace will vary from a comfortable talking pace to never really exceeding 6 min/km.
