Fine Art Nude with Ayeonna Gabrielle

Join me for a photoshoot with traveling model Ayeonna Gabrielle on Tuesday, September 23rd from 6pm to 9pm.

In this Meetup, we’ll be exploring the world of the fine art nude. This small group workshop is limited to four photographers only and is for photographers looking to explore the genre and build their skills and portfolios. No previous experience is required. We’ll do some classic fine art images and explore chiaroscuro lighting, but we’ll also work to produce some more creative or avant garde images. Who knows, I may even bring in an artist to do some body painting.

We'll do three to four sets at RAW Photographic Studios. I'll provide the lights and a flash trigger. Everyone will have a chance to do some one-on-one shooting for each set. You'll get some great shots for your portfolios, and you'll benefit from watching the other photographers work. No previous experience is required. I'll provide you with lighting setups and advice and Ayeonna is happy to strike a pose or take direction.

It will be a supportive, judgment-free environment. Bring your camera, memory card, and a fully charged battery — that's pretty much all you need. Before you come, learn how to set your shutter speed, aperture, and ISO in manual mode for your camera. If you are shooting mirrorless, learn how to turn off the simulated live view so you can shoot with strobes.

There is a fee of $199 to cover studio rental and model fees. Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation. There will be four photographers only.
