“Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one's being, but by integration of the contraries.” ~Carl Jung
Rainbow Integration Circle is a space for gender and sexually expansive folx (2SLGBTQAI+) to come together, heal, share, learn, grow, process and integrate our experiences with psychedelics and entheogens, in community.
Hosted by AveryDeane le’Swift , a community member steeped in experience both in the realms of psychedelics as well as holding healing spaces. Please reach out directly to AveryDeane with any questions or accessibility needs.
Anyone who joins the circle will be asked to hold a container of confidentiality as we collectively create a space for our community to come together, process, learn, and heal.
We will begin with the intention of supporting each one to integrate past experiences, and all are encouraged to join regardless of where you are on your path and exploration of entheogens/psychedelics. Depending on the time remaining the conversation will be open up to questions and collective discussion on topics of interest provided by the group.
This is not a space to solicit or distribute substances. Please respect the delicate nature of these spaces and help us protect our ability to gather and honor the grounds on which we are allowed to do so.
Doors open at 6:25, please arrive by 6:35 as the room will be locked once we open the circle. We will start with our process of creating safe space and it's best if everyone attending is there to do this with the collective. Please message the organizer if you are going to be late.
This month's meeting will be online using the Zoom platform. Please register in advance for this meeting:

- Plant Parenthood PortlandSt. Paul Lutheran Church, Portland, OR
The journey of parenting is both enlivening and exhausting, magical and mundane, the source of so much joy and yet also so much difficulty. What is the impact of psychedelics on such varied and fertile terrain? How do our psychedelic experiences inform our parenting? How do they shape our relationship with our kids and family dynamics more broadly? How do parents work through the stigmas and risks associated with psychedelic use? How can we support parents in this space?
This is an in-person event held at varying locations, which will be announced each month. This group is for anyone interested in the intersection of parenthood and psychedelics and the myriad topics that spring from it. Our mission is to host gatherings that are approachable and safe spaces to share, listen, learn, and connect with others.
Monthly gatherings include a guest speaker and open discussion around topics of interest that emerge from attendees. Whether you’re new to psychedelics or experienced, hesitant or passionate, you’ll be welcomed here.

Brian -
Brian is a Marine Corps veteran who served from 2000 until 2005 with 1st Battalion, 7th Marines. He was diagnosed with service-connected PTSD in 2011 and spent a decade seeking treatment through medication and talk therapy without much progress. In 2020, he began to utilize meditation and mindfulness to begin processing the trauma that he had experienced. After months of fruitful progress he had a life changing experience after utilizing plant based medicine in coordination with meditation.Alex -
Alex is a Marine Corps veteran who practices Hemi-sync meditation in conjunction with plant medicine. After being discharged from service with the diagnoses of PTSD and depression, Alex tried modern Western medicine techniques and treatments, but felt they were lacking in their healing power. He was then introduced to Hemi-sync by a fellow Marine veteran, and together they have developed their own system of healing that has had a uniquely beneficial impact on both of them.***

- Journaling the Journey with Jane LatimerLink visible for attendees
Creative journal writing techniques for enhancing intentions and outcomes of psychedelic therapies.
This special session is uniquely timed to take advantage of the passing of the old year and the transition into the new. These markers in our lives cause us to take stock of what has happened in the past year, where we are now, and where we hope and plan to be in the coming year. Journaling this passage is a powerful way to move forward consciously and confidently.
Research has now proven that expressive writing supports neuroplasticity, allowing for enhanced well-being, healing, and transformation.
In this online meetup, we will explore a variety of journal writing techniques for ongoing integration and preparation. Creative journal writing in combination with psychedelics (whether microdosing or macrodosing) can enhance a sense of meaning, help us live on purpose, heal wounds from the past, work through blocks, and enhance creative flow. With the help of these journal tools, we will gently but powerfully explore various aspects of ourselves—our relationships, our emotional, creative, instinctual, and multi-dimensional worlds.
You will learn how to:
- Safely release tension, frustration, anger, and other strong emotions.
- Access the subconscious mind and tap into the vast knowledge stored there.
- Keep a record of how your life unfolds.
- Track cycles, patterns, and trends in your life.
- Unlock the mysteries of your dreams.
- Experiment with creative writing.
- Clarify goals and strategies.
- Use your journal as a guide and trusted friend.
- Use your journal to do your own Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
This class will end with a transmission and guided visualization that will deepen your process through an alchemical release and dissolution of patterns no longer serving you.
BRING your journal, a pen to write with, and some markers, colored pencils, or crayons.
To access the Zoom link please log into your personal Zoom Account.

- BIPOC Integration Circle 🌱Sunday Nov 26th 5:30-7PMBurning Spirits Yoga, Portland, OR
What is BIPOC?
Black, Indigenous, and People of Color - validating the unique relationship that Black (African American/African/Afro descendant diaspora), Indigenous, and People of Color have as racialized people surviving within white supremacy delusion. With an aim to grow stronger together in community, to empower and support each other. Not to define people within a single label, though rather to unite people around the many causes in the work for collective liberation, naming of their truth, and acknowledgment that not all people face the same levels of injustice. This stands as a principled intention of this integration circle.
This circle is a BIPOC only space❤️About your host Layna Lewis -
Layna collaborates with youth, artists, activists using social practice strategies to create modern myth and archetypes through narrative, performance and ritual. Activating dance, film, theater, mural & sculpture in community. Making art collectively provides opportunities to make meaningful connections as a means to heal ourselves from the oppression we face historically, structurally and systemically. Layna develops and directs collaborative projects that provide access to arts to individuals and communities facing barriers imposed by oppressive systems. Becoming the person they desperately needed as a child and young adult is their core practice. Layna manifests the world they imagine through critical excavation of dominance and oppressive systems to decolonize and transform external and internalized systems using the process of creative expression to process, heal, and release, trauma, and transform our wounds to weild in our liberation. Viva la Free!
Anyone who joins the circle will be asked to hold a container of confidentiality as we collectively create a space for our community to come together, process, learn, and heal.
This is not a space to solicit or distribute substances. Please respect the delicate nature of these spaces and help us protect our ability to gather and honor the ground on which we gather.

- Grief & Psychedelic IntegrationTaborspace, Portland, OR
Join us monthly, in-person at Muir Hall in Taborspace on the 3rd Mondays, 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
The experience of grieving and the experience of working with psychedelics share some interesting terrain. Both have the capacity to change us forever and to offer new and creative perspectives on life and death. Both can enable us to grow more intimate with our emotions and our shadows expanding our capacity for empathy and compassion. Both can open us up to giving and receiving love in new and meaningful ways. Both can help us find clarity so we can serve and live our deepest truth. Both require emotional excavation and reconstruction that serve our individual and collective growth, healing, and change. Both find themselves at the outskirts of conversation and culture.
This meetup invites us to grow wildly curious with what we find in the depths of our grieving and our psychedelic experiences so we may bring wisdom and insight back to our "village" or community. This meetup is a place to explore how working with psychedelics can help us navigate our relationship with loss. This meetup is a place to witness and be witnessed in the grief that you carry individually, and that we carry within our community. This meetup is a place to honor that which has been lost as we learn how to love and live more vibrantly and fully expressed.
