Sonic Expedition: Shamanic Sound Journey Circle

Enjoy some soul nourishment as we go on an expedition into the landscape of non-ordinary reality and receive some spirit-channeled sound. Release what no longer serves, invite the ingredients that build and nurture. We surrender to the west power and wisdom of the year's medicine wheel, and grow closer to hearth.

Light a candle, set an altar, or simply just appear. Receive, believe...make sound in the privacy of your own space, or just let in those frequencies moving through me. You determine your level of activity and involvement. It might just be couch or barcalounger time for you!
