###### Many of the beliefs, emotional patterns, fears, expectations, and family roles we carry may have roots extending beyond our own individual experiences.

###### In this guided meditation, participants explore inherited patterns within their ancestral tree and begin identifying what may have been carried through generations. The practice offers an opportunity to acknowledge these influences with compassion while consciously releasing what no longer supports personal growth and wellbeing.

###### The intention is to create greater emotional freedom, clarity, and a stronger connection to one's authentic self.

###### About the Facilitator: Alexander is a Portland-based shamanic practitioner, astral healer, and Qigong teacher working under the ASCEND. He is the author of *Year's Kaleidoscope*. His sessions blend guided meditation, energy work, and lineage-focused healing practice.

###### Angels embody unconditional love.

###### Unconditional love means that no matter what has happened, or what has not happened, we are loved. While we often view our lives through the lens of worth and deserving, the angels see us only with unconditional love. They know us intimately and love us fully. The goal of this workshop is to create space for more good in our lives. We will engage with the angels and ask them to heal every aspect of our lives, such as anxiety, agitation and fear. We will do this by first clearing the energy of our encounters and environments with Archangel Michael, followed by connecting with healing angels, such as Archangel Raphael. We will use simple and repeatable techniques throughout. A fascinating aspect of working with angels is that our bodies respond instantly to their care, which strengthens our relationship with them. We then have more access to freedom, confidence and expansion. Come and connect deeply with the angels and be filled up with love.

We know meaningful change begins within. This gathering introduces Systemic Constellations, a powerful method for revealing the hidden dynamics shaping our lives, relationships, leadership, and organizations. Together, we enter a shared field to make visible inherited loyalties, ancestral entanglements, and systemic forces that quietly influence how we belong, relate, and lead. Through guided grounding, a collective constellation, and selected individual constellations, participants will witness and engage in a process that brings insight, movement, and possibility. Whether you participate as a “seeker” or as a representative, the experience often creates unexpected clarity and shift. This work is especially meaningful for those navigating complex family or organizational dynamics, or anyone curious about healing at the intersection of personal and systemic change. No prior experience is necessary.

The seeker brings a personal challenge or question to the circle, seeking clarity or resolution around issues like family dynamics, relationships, or career. If you choose to participate as a seeker, Veronica will contact you before the event with further details and an intake process. For this session, there is space for three seekers.

A representative is chosen to stand in for a family member, ancestor, or concept within the constellation. They embody the energy and emotions of that role, often experiencing physical sensations or feelings that reveal hidden dynamics in the seeker’s system. By doing so, they provide insights that support the seeker’s healing process without directly engaging in the personal history or challenge of the seeker. Representatives often report gaining personal insights, emotional release, and a deeper understanding of their own family dynamics or unresolved issues even though the process is not directly addressing their specific situation.
