Join us for a restful and healing end of the month Raven Medicine Sound Bath.
The Raven – revered across shamanic traditions as a powerful messenger between worlds, master of transformation, keeper of secrets, and harbinger of profound change – is my guide, and our guiding light for this work. Grounding shamanic drumming to attune us to the land and our heartbeat. Deep Gong tones to stir the deep energies in us, and prepare our transformation. The ethereal tones from crystal singing bowls to carry us into the ether. Gentle guided intention to invite personal metamorphosis, insight, and release of what no longer serves us.
We will gather, set our prayers and intentions, and then you can simply lie down (or sit comfortably) in a supported, sacred space while being enveloped in waves of healing sound and vibration.
No prior experience is needed – just come with an open heart and allow the Raven’s medicine to work in you. What to expect:
- Profound relaxation and nervous system reset
- Emotional release, clarity, and spiritual downloads
- Energetic cleansing and alignment
- Vibrational lightening, and auric clearing
Bring: If you have a preferred Yoga mat or blanket, pillow, eye mask (optional), water bottle, please feel free to bring them, there will be yoga mats and cushions provided by the studio. The only thing required is an open mind. Dress in comfortable layers.
(Doors open 15 minutes early for settling in. Event starts promptly and doors will be closed.)
Spaces are limited to 16, so reserve now!
I look forward to rejuvenating with you soon.
May the peace of the divine walk beside you.David Silvermoon has been an active spiritual medium for over 29 years, and a healing practitioner for over 10. November marks the first month of the Creative Club at New Ren! The club will meet on Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm. Each month will have a fun, creative project geared towards beginners and by the end of the month you will have a finished piece to take home (or multiples if you like to create faster).
You will create a whimsical, make-believe landscape from images that inspire you, regardless of whether they are from nature and found natural materials. After a short introduction we'll go on a mini scavenger hunt (weather permitting) for leaves, sticks, rocks or anything else that strikes your fancy.
Creative Club leader Ami (pronounced Amy) is a life-long artist who values play as the main criterion for creativity. She is excited to offer her guidance and expertise in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment.
Ami will also bring a variety of natural materials to choose from. Multiple examples will be provided, but here are a couple to start:
If you feel called to, bring a photo, a scrap of something you love, or a magazine from your coffee table, however there’s no need to bring anything at all. Ami has a large selection of magazines and images to peruse.
This will be pure play! No pressure, no expectations. Just show up and see what wants to happen.
We cannot wait to make a mess with you!
You can find more on Ami at This month's project will be Intuitive Collage Landscapes. We'll work with natural materials, a pile of magazines, some scissors, and a little curiosity about what happens when you stop overthinking and start making.
