Join Sydan Aguacielos and Anastasia Darkwater of Sound & Shadow Collective every 2nd Friday for a Reiki-infused, heart chakra-focused Immersive Sound Ritual.

Our sound rituals are a unique and interactive experience. We open with shamanic drumming and breathwork, before exploring our voices in collective OM’ing and vocal toning with a drone instrument called a shrutibox, we'll then ease you into an introspective crystal bowl meditation with the option for 1 on 1 energy healing. In closing, we guide you back with the shrutibox and om’ing, and finish with light somatic movement to balance and re-energize the body.

Gift yourself this hour to open your heart and absorb the healing frequencies.

Singing and humming is optional but encouraged. You don't have to be a great or even good singer to participate.This is not a performance. The voice heals the body by stimulating the vagus nerve, inducing relaxation and calm. Allowing yourself the freedom to hum or sing along increases your internal vibration and makes you an active participant in your healing journey.

**** Please bring your own nest and dress for warmth and comfort. Feel free to bring anything that may enhance this relaxation and connection experience like stuffies, crystals, cards, journals, etc.

Saturday, September 13th, 1-5PM, Free to Attend! All other costs are determined by individual services rendered at the Metaphysical Fair.
Held at the New Renaissance Event Center right next store to the Bookshop.
This Metaphysical Fair is an event to empower, inspire, uplift and create community with each other. It occurs once a month on the second Saturday of the month. Each time several healing practitioners will be present and offer their services for a small fee. The opening circle allows for a brief meditation and introductions, the closing circle for a moment of gratitude and appreciation. Time in-between is unstructured and great for connections and individual readings. Most people come by word of mouth, but new people are always welcome!
