Join Portland sound practitioner Anahata for an immersive sound bath inspired by the natural landscapes of Oregon.

Earth Resonance is a meditative journey through the frequencies of desert, mountain, river, valley, forest, and ocean - guiding participants into deep relaxation and soul remembrance.
For over a decade, Anahata has been recording the natural soundscapes of Oregon using multiple field microphones to capture the subtle atmosphere of each environment. These recordings are mixed into immersive 360° spatial audio soundscapes that serve as the backdrop for the live sound bath.

Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other sacred sound instruments, the journey travels sonically through the Oregon Outback high desert, the Cascade Mountains, the Columbia Gorge, the Willamette Valley, and out to the Oregon coast.
Participants simply lie down, close their eyes, and allow the sound to guide them into a state of deep rest and resonance.

This experience is welcoming to both newcomers and those familiar with sound healing.

Bring whatever comfort items (water bottle, pillow, blanket, personal yoga mat) you would like. We will have yoga mats down for you and some will have pillows.

Anahata is a Portland-based sound practitioner and meditation facilitator who has been working with sound medicine for over 23 years. He offers sound baths, workshops, retreats, and certification trainings that explore the healing potential of vibration and deep listening. His work blends ancient sound traditions with modern understanding of nervous system regulation and the restorative power of nature.
