Celebrate the solstice by immersing yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs & chimes. The solstice is a time of great light, warmth and joy. We will tap into the energy of the solstice through a guided meditation, a special sound bath, followed by the creation of a blessing bowl in honor of the solstice. Bring herbs, or edible flowers to contribute to the bowl. We will fill it with water, intentions, blessings, and each person will take home a container.

Cynthia is a Mystic, Reiki Master, and Sound Therapist who has been practicing since 2018. She is the founder of Wisdom Tree Healing Arts School of Sound and Energy Medicine, and where she teaches sound therapy, reiki, and tarot.
