Tryon to Marshall Park!

Join us Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM for a 6.4-mile out-and-back trail run through scenic woods and quiet neighborhoods, loosely following Tryon Creek from Lake Oswego to Marshall Park in southwest Portland. This route includes a mix of singletrack, wider dirt trail, and a ~0.75-mile neighborhood segment, with several intersections along the way — so it’s helpful to review the route ahead of time.

All paces and experience levels are welcome!

### The Route:

• Start at Iron Mountain Trailhead (off Andrews Rd in Lake Oswego)
• Head down Iron Mountain Trail, then:
• Left on South Creek Trail
• Right on Red Fox Trail
• Left on Old Main Trail
• Right on Big Fir Trail
• Left onto Middle Creek Trail
• Left on North Creek Trail to reach the Boones Ferry Trailhead
• From there, head up Boones Ferry Rd, pass under the bridge, and continue onto Arnold St
• Turn right on SW 11th Dr and wind through the neighborhood to reach the Hillsdale to Lake Oswego Trail
• Follow that trail to the playground in Marshall Park, where we turn around and retrace our steps back to the trailhead

### Want a shorter option?

Follow the above and turn around at Boones Ferry Rd for an easy ~4-mile out-and-back.

Iron Mountain Trailhead (off Andrews Road in Lake Oswego).
We’ll start running at 6:35 PM, so please arrive a few minutes early to check in and say hi!
