About us
Do you ever wish you could tap into your feminine power by stepping into a space away from the daily grind, where women are honored; a place where you can relax, reflect, be nourished, get pampered, and rejoice in being a woman?
Moondays is a sacred space where women gather to reconnect, reflect, and rejoice in the essence of womanhood. For over eleven years, Susan has been facilitating Red Tent women's circles, creating nurturing environments for women to share stories, practice self-care, and celebrate their feminine power.
Our gatherings range from intimate circles of six to larger assemblies of up to 25 women, and occur regularly, sometimes aligning with the lunar calendar to honor the natural rhythms that connect us. These events provide opportunities for relaxation, empowerment, and deep connection among women.
Moondays also offers a membership, where women can come together to support one another, grow personally, and rise as a collective force for change. Access to all Moondays events, outlines to lead your own monthly circles, and structures to realize your potential using frameworks like the moon cycles and the seasons.
At Moondays, we believe in the transformative power of female connection. By coming together in these women's circles, we aim to restore balance in the feminine/masculine paradigm and foster global healing through shared experiences and mutual support.
Join us in our mission to nurture women's empowerment and celebrate the journey of womanhood. Discover more about our upcoming Red Tent gatherings and the Moondays project at www.moondays.com.

April Red Tent: Gathering for Gaia
Location not specified yetFor our April Red Tent, we’ll be gathering in honor of Gaia—the ancient understanding of the Earth as a living, breathing Mother.
Across time and cultures, she has been called many names…
Gaia… Terra… Prithvi… Earth…
But always, she has been known as Mother. And somewhere along the way, many of us were taught to forget that we belong to her.
To disconnect from our bodies.
To override our rhythms.
To see ourselves as separate from nature… instead of part of it.This gathering is a space to gently remember.
🌿 We’ll ground into the body and the Earth
🌸 We’ll share and reflect on our connection to nature and ourselves
🌿 We’ll move in a slow, embodied way—reconnecting to something ancient within us
🌼 And we’ll honor the cycles within us—trusting that what has been planted is already taking root
This isn’t about learning something new.
It’s about remembering something old.
Because when women reconnect to their bodies…
and to the Earth…
something shifts.
We become more rooted.
More intuitive.
Less willing to abandon ourselves.
And that kind of connection doesn’t just change us--
it ripples outward.I would love to have you in this circle.

The world does not need more burned-out women pushing harder.
It needs women rooted, balanced, and brave enough to bloom in their own timing.
I would be honored to hold this circle with you. With love,
Susan 🌸1 attendee
