For our April Red Tent, we’ll be gathering in honor of Gaia—the ancient understanding of the Earth as a living, breathing Mother.

Across time and cultures, she has been called many names…
Gaia… Terra… Prithvi… Earth…
But always, she has been known as Mother.

And somewhere along the way, many of us were taught to forget that we belong to her.
To disconnect from our bodies.
To override our rhythms.
To see ourselves as separate from nature… instead of part of it.

This gathering is a space to gently remember.

🌿 We’ll ground into the body and the Earth

🌸 We’ll share and reflect on our connection to nature and ourselves

🌿 We’ll move in a slow, embodied way—reconnecting to something ancient within us

🌼 And we’ll honor the cycles within us—trusting that what has been planted is already taking root

This isn’t about learning something new.

It’s about remembering something old.

Because when women reconnect to their bodies…

and to the Earth…

something shifts.

We become more rooted.

More intuitive.

Less willing to abandon ourselves.

And that kind of connection doesn’t just change us--
it ripples outward.

I would love to have you in this circle.
