Hi Friends! Welcome to this group exclusively for Sound Healing and Sound Bath Meditations! As a Sound Healer and Hypnotherapist since 2004, I offer a variety of different types/themes of sound healing experiences with 19 Singing Crystal Bowls, 7 various types of Gongs, Solfeggio Sound Pipes, Chakra set of Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Rainstick, Tuning Forks, and Chimes. (I don't generally have ALL my instruments at one time for these events).
I had this group for well over a decade, and I've grown in my craft along with this group!
The intention is self-improvement, empowerment, more peace and flow and balance in our life, and strengthening our connection to our divinity within...
I offer not only sound healing meditations, but collaborations with other sound healers, breathwork facilitators, cacao ceremonies, retreats and more!
There's generally a theme for each meditation, and they are all so different every time, even if it's the same theme at another time!
Sometimes it is just a sound bath - letting yourself drift and relax to the various vibrations and frequencies you can feel. Sometimes it is a guided meditation combined with the sound healing. Other times it a Chakra Balancing Meditation I term Hypno-Chakra Therapy.
Hypno-Chakra Therapy is a term coined by Nicole Alcyon and is a combination of hypnotherapy, chakra balancing, and sound healing.
These are high vibrational sessions with the intention of connecting you to your Divine Self and Power, facilitating a deeper sense of communion with your Higher Self. As we realize, claim, and utilize our innate Divine Power, we take back the power weโve given away to others and the power the world has tried to take from us, so that we may ascend to live more fully in our heart center, vibrating a higher frequency of Love and Light. This is the underlying essence I intend within my group and private sessions.
The singing crystal bowls have a deep, reverberating vibration that brings one into a meditative trance state quickly and easily. The gong has a powerfully cleansing and relaxing frequency that seems to be a favorite among attendees. The Solfeggio frequencies are said to bring deep healing and alignment to our very DNA and molecular structure.
By grounding/anchoring you within the flow of Loving, Healing Power from the Source of All That Is, powerful healing shifts and opportunities can occur, allowing your innate potential and Divinity to blossom and unfold easily and readily into your life!*

This is a boutique-style experience, intentionally limited to just three guests, offering a level of presence and personalized attention rarely found in group settingsโcreated for those who value depth, stillness, and high-quality care without the distractions from a typical group sound bath.
What to expect:

If weather allows, we'll begin outdoors with a few quiet moments to ground as we sit on the earth โ breathing, settling, and helping you arrive fully into your body as we are being served the Cacao.โข Rose Cacao Ceremony
A warm, rose-infused cacao drink shared in a simple ritual to open the heart, soften the nervous system and open you inward.
Cacao may gently heighten awareness, deepening your experience.โข Immersive Sound Journey
The space is arranged to create a fully immersive sound environment, with instruments placed throughout the room so you are surrounded by vibration.Provided are foam chaise loungers, allowing you to fully surrender and relax in comfort while being surrounded by a carefully arranged field of sound.
With only three participants, Iโll move throughout the space, playing various instruments directly over the body.

This creates a more enveloping, personalized experience, where sound is not only heardโbut felt and deeply received.Other larger Crystal Bowls (including my extra large one) and various large Gongs and more will also be played.

During the session, a Rife frequency device will be running quietly in the background on a general AND GENTLE detox-supportive setting. The frequencies are not typically felt, and are very gentle on the system.
Some alternative wellness practitioners use this technology with the intention of supporting the bodyโs natural processes, including the detoxing of the liver and lymphatic system.
Out of transparency: this is considered an alternative wellness modality and is not FDA-approved as a medical treatment. It is simply offered as a subtle, additional layer within the space.
