This year’s Solstice is closely aligned with the New Moon in Capricorn (new moon peaks Friday the 19th in Sag, turns Cap on the 20th, Solstice peaks 21st), creating a deeply grounding moment to reset, release, and begin again with clarity and intention.

Give yourself the gift of pausing in this sacred seasonal threshold with a Winter Solstice Sound Bath designed to restore your body, quiet the mind, and nourish the spirit.

This immersive experience features a dozen Singing Crystal Bowls, five Gongs, Solfeggio Sound Pipes, a Crystal Pyramid, Tibetan Bowls, and an array of Chimes, including my large, deeply resonant Crystal Bowl whose calming tone supports profound nervous system relaxation.

My partner will also assist, adding layers of soothing sound played over and around you for an even more immersive experience.

As her sole profession for over 2 decades, Nicole Alcyon has combined her expertise as a Hypnotherapist and Sound Healer with chakra work to create unique and therapeutic sound healing sessions.
