If you're seeking a sacred, nourishing way to spend Christmas afternoon — whether you celebrate the holiday, simply want peace, or feel called to connect with uplifting community — you are warmly invited to join this Hypno-Chakra Sound Healing Meditation designed to restore your spirit and bathe your whole Being in crystalline harmony.

A Solstice-Season Inspired Journey: Return to the Light Within
This year’s meditation is infused with the quiet magic of the winter season — a time of stillness, reflection, and the gentle return of inner light.

Through guided imagery, crystalline sound from a dozen Singing Crystal Bowls, and a brief chakra journey, we will:

• Release what is ready to fall away from the past year
• Rekindle your Inner Light
• Expand heart-centered radiance and compassion
• Clarify inner vision for the path ahead
• Illuminate the crown with renewed, living light
• Anchor this light back down for full integration and grounding

Release & Blessing Ritual (Woven Into the Meditation)
Before we begin, you’ll be invited to write something you wish to release and think about something you’d like to have blessed, and this releasing and blessing ritual will be woven into the meditation — allowing the sound, guidance, and returning inner light to support your process in the way you most need.

Community Connection
After the meditation (starting at 3:30) stay for complimentary food (mostly GF/vegan, labeled if not) and drinks (non-alcoholic of course) as we gather in community! Bringing a labeled snack to share is welcome only if so inspired but never required.

(As always, my events are spiritual yet non-religious. While I’ll wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, the meditation itself is not Christmas-themed — the by-donation offering is simply inspired by the spirit of the day.)

This Hypno-Chakra Meditation blends guided hypnotherapy, chakra balancing, and crystalline sound frequencies from a dozen Singing Crystal Bowls. This practice calms the nervous system, clears stagnant energy, and strengthens the flow of Living Light within.

As her sole profession for over 2 decades, Nicole Alcyon has combined her expertise as a Hypnotherapist and Sound Healer with chakra work to create unique and therapeutic sound healing sessions. These immersive experiences invite deep relaxation, energetic renewal, and support a strengthened connection to the Higher Self.

Nicole graduated from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, and received very clear guidance to purchase a chakra set of the singing crystal bowls that same year. Upon playing them for the first time, the concept of Hypno-Chakra Therapy was instantly “downloaded” into her awareness and birthed into existence.

Since then, she has facilitated private and group sessions, retreats, and courses, always emphasizing the importance of a sacred, energetically clean, and safe space for release and integration.
