Welcome 2026 with a relaxing New Year’s Day Sound Bath to release, realign & return to center. Crystal bowls, gongs, breathwork, and more.
Start the first afternoon of 2026 by giving your Body-Mind-Spirit a fresh reset! This New Year’s Day Sound Bath blends calming, melodic, and deeper vibrational tones to help you gently release last year’s energy and step into the new year feeling centered, balanced, and in the flow.
You’ll be immersed in a powerful yet soothing lineup of sacred sound instruments, including:
🎶 A Dozen Crystal Singing Bowls — including the deep, resonant 20" bowl (that rarely comes out!) for grounding and stress release
🎶 Tibetan Bowls — woven in to support energy flow and balance
🎶 Gongs — helping clear emotional and energetic blockages while opening space for renewal
🎶 Solfeggio Sound Pipes — attuning your system to the 3-6-9 frequencies associated with harmony and cellular restoration
🎶 Crystal Pyramid played over and around you — sweeping your field clean and inviting in fresh, elevated energy
🎶 Chimes & Rainstick — easing the mind and dropping the body into deep relaxation
To support the cleansing process, there will be brief, simple breathwork to help you gather what you’re ready to let go of and release it with the sound.

As her sole profession for over 2 decades, Nicole Alcyon has combined her expertise as a Hypnotherapist and Sound Healer with chakra work to create unique and therapeutic sound healing sessions. These immersive experiences invite deep relaxation, energetic renewal, and support a strengthened connection to the Higher Self.
Nicole graduated from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, and received very clear guidance to purchase a chakra set of the singing crystal bowls that same year. Upon playing them for the first time, the concept of Hypno-Chakra Therapy was instantly “downloaded” into her awareness and birthed into existence.
Since then, she has facilitated private and group sessions, retreats, and courses, always emphasizing the importance of a sacred, energetically clean, and safe space for release and integration.
