This is a Hiking and Walking group that Explores the sidewalks, parks, and trails in and around the local, Portsmouth Area. Learn about interesting routes, for you to use to keep active and share with friends. Meet some of your neighbors, and share some light conversation for a few hours.
Walking, although a low-impact exercise activity, is not totally without risks. Please read and understand our liability disclaimer, before joining. If you have any questions, then please ask us before joining.
The leader(s) of this group are volunteers; and you release, hold harmless, and indemnify the leader(s) and all members of this group from any and all claims for property damage, injury, illness, disability, and/or death - including those caused by negligence and/or other reasons.
By requesting membership of the Portsmouth Out Walking activity group, you release and forever discharge its members and leaders/organizers from any and all claims, personal sickness, injury or death and property damage or loss sustained by member arising out of or in connection with participation in an event, notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or occasioned by the carelessness, recklessness or willful acts or omissions of the group and its members/leaders/organizers.
