Wine, Bites, and Conversation at Pigeonhole 17th AVE

For our October dinner, we’re gathering at Pigeonhole, one of Calgary’s most exciting and creative dining spots. Named Canada’s Best New Restaurant by enRoute magazine when it opened, Pigeonhole has since become a beloved destination for its inventive small plates, ever-evolving menu, and stylish atmosphere. The concept is part snack bar, part wine bar, and entirely about flavour and fun, making it the perfect backdrop for a night of conversation and connection.

The menu is designed for sharing, with dishes like mushroom croquettes, Alberta beef tartare, sticky glazed pork belly, and charred cabbage with jalapeño cream, alongside pastas, seafood, and more. Every plate is bold, surprising, and meant to be enjoyed together. Their wine and cocktail program is just as adventurous, featuring natural wines and fresh takes on classic cocktails, while the space itself is warm and stylish, with marble counters, cozy seating, and a lively, intimate vibe.
