At this months meeting our very own CJ Estel will be presenting on how to migrate to Microsoft Azure's new PostgreSQL Software as a Service (Saas). This will involve a high level overview of how Microsofts PostgreSQL architecture works and will walk through their tools for migrating a large database to the cloud with minimal downtime.
CJ Estel has been working as a DBA for over 18 years and has been a DBA with CoverMyMeds for nearly 5 of those years. He has focused on high availability solutions and database architecture for most of his career.
