Pre/Postnatal Recovery Workshops are for all Moms (regardless of the age of your child) and soon-to-be Moms. We provide the fundamentals needed to help you prepare safely, recover quickly, and return to your pre-baby self:
✨Breathwork: how you breathe plays an integral role in rehabilitation and core engagement. We will learn how to diaphramatically breath and integrate that with your core engagement.
✨Core engagement: Protect your organs and your back by learning how to close the gap.
✨Posture: remind your core and glutes how to engage after being thrusted forward for 9 months (maybe even more if you stood like that prenatally) in order to prevent back pain and strengthen those underused muscles.
✨Gait: why your feet matter, what gait is, and how it affects your posture, core engagement and potential injuries.
