Abstract:
This session introduces the Medallion Architecture in Microsoft Fabric by demonstrating how to build a Bronze–Silver–Gold data pipeline. Participants will learn how raw data is ingested, cleaned, transformed, and curated into analytics-ready datasets using Fabric's Lakehouse capabilities. By the end of the session, attendees will understand the purpose of each layer and be able to implement a scalable, organized data pipeline that supports reporting and advanced analytics.

Lanre Akin-Osuntoye is a Microsoft and AWS-certified Data Analyst with a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Ibadan. With over seven years of experience in the finance sector, Lanre has honed expertise in data analytics, machine learning, business intelligence, and financial data modelling.
Beyond technical expertise, Lanre embodies the qualities of a great data analyst – strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming raw data into actionable intelligence.
