Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with Power Source Dance.

This class blends jazz and ballet technique, with yoga stretches, cardio movements, and muscle strengthening exercises. You get it all! All the movements and exercises to add strength, balance, and grace to your body.

All classes include learning a dance routine that can be mastered over two or three lessons.
