Zu erreichen ist der Park am besten ab S Wollankstrasse und ca. 8 Min Fußweg, Bus 255 Wilhelm-Kuhr-Str

We will do 30min intense workout to strenghten the core, legs and arms
After this we will train resilience and strategies of self defense in a group scenario with multiple attackers.

The Training takes place in the Bürgerpark Pankow next to the goat compound. You can reach the park by walking 8min from S Wollankstr or walk from Bus (Line 255) Station Wilhelm-Kuhr-Str.
