Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a gentle Zen x Tea meditation practice.
In this unique experience, we will explore Japanese tea not simply as a beverage, but as a practice of presence. Drawing inspiration from Zen traditions and Japanese tea culture, we will slow down, breathe, observe, and mindfully enjoy tea together.
During the gathering, participants will be served carefully selected high-quality Japanese tea, along with some Japanese tea sweets, creating a gentle and authentic taste of Japan.
The session will begin with a short guided breathing practice to help settle the mind and body. We will then prepare and enjoy Japanese tea in silence, paying attention to its aroma, warmth, flavor, and the experience of the present moment.
Afterward, participants will be invited to engage in a meaningful group reflection inspired by a simple contemplative question.
No prior experience with meditation, Zen, or tea ceremonies is required. This gathering is designed for anyone who would like to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy authentic human connection in a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
