This group is for those interested in mindfulness and cultivating a deep sense of presence. Through guided sessions and shared experiences, we explore Zen principles to enhance awareness, reduce stress, and embrace the beauty of each moment together.
Attendance and Cancellation Policy for those attending on in-person (non-online) sessions:
In most of our in-person events, there are often several people on the waiting list. Therefore, if you RSVP to an event but are unable to attend, please make sure to cancel your RSVP in advance. This allows someone on the waiting list to participate.
