About the Session:
This is a 45-minute online meditation space designed for anyone who simply wants to meditate. No lectures, no long introductions—just space for silence, stillness, and self-reflection. The only thing we do in this session is meditate.
Purpose of This Space:
This is not a workshop or a class. It is a shared, quiet space to help you maintain your meditation habit in the middle of the week. Let this be your anchor of calm in a busy life.
How the Session Works:
- We begin meditation at the scheduled time. Feel free to quietly join in even if you're a few minutes late.
- After about 20 minutes, we take a short 5-10-minute break. You’re welcome to stretch or chat with fellow participants.
- We then continue with a second meditation.
- You can follow the Zazen method from the video, or simply practice your own familiar form of meditation.
No meditation form you are practicing yet ?:
As a start, I recommend you my practice as below, which is a Soto-Zen method. Watch it before the session and feel free to practice it in the space. You are welcome to ask any questions during the brake to me.

Who Can Join:
Anyone looking to make meditation a regular habit is welcome—whether you're new to meditation or have years of practice. You don’t need to follow a specific spiritual or religious path.
Preparation:
- Find a quiet space where you can sit undisturbed.
- Use a cushion or a chair—whatever suits your body.
- Keep your camera on or off—it’s your choice.
- Bring presence, not perfection.
