Adult Club Open Gym - Women’s C/B Level

This is a structured open gym for joining an Adult team and playing organized USAV/AAU adult volleyball. Learn to play organized 5-1/4-2/6-2. Serve/Receive.

Levels: C/B/BB/A/AA/O C is lowest, Open (O) is highest. If you are not sure start C and move up.

Cost: Signup for AAU membership now and get all 4 Friday night open gyms for free. AAU membership will be needed for tournaments.

AAU Membership: This is an AAU Licensed Event. All participants must be current AAU Members. Sign-up for AAU here: https://aausports.org/Join-AAU

1. Select adult athlete membership, (extended membership is optional although will cover you at non-aau events for injury.

USAV: Interested in playing official organized volleyball? USA Volleyball (USAV) is the National Governing Body (NGB) for the sport of volleyball in the United States. USAV and other organizations such as AAU or JVA organizes and sanctions formal volleyball competitions. These competitions will follow USAV rules and regulation. Competitions are officiated by USAV/AAU referees. In general all official rules and guidelines are applied. It is the real game!
