Somos estudiantes de español y, de vez en cuando, se suman hablantes nativos. CADA MIÉRCOLES nos reunimos en Panera Bread (2002 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95050) a las 7 p.m. para conversar en español.

Platicamos de cualquier cosa cotidiana. No hay maestros: nos ayudamos unos a otros y, de vez en cuando, participa algún nativo que nos ayuda con dudas y nos enseña expresiones más naturales.

Te va a gustar nuestro grupo si:

• Estás aprendiendo español pero aún no has logrado empezar a hablar. Aquí puedes romper ese bloqueo y empezar a hablar sin miedo en un grupo de gente con el mismo interés.
• Ya hablas español y buscas la oportunidad de practicar más.

Si eres hispanohablante y te da placer ayudar a los estudiantes a aprender tu idioma, eres más que bienvenido.

We’re a group of Spanish learners, and now and then native speakers join us. We meet at Panera Bread (2002 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95050) EVERY WEDNESDAY at 7 p.m. to chat in Spanish.

We talk about everyday stuff. There are no teachers - we just help each other out, and sometimes a native speaker joins in to answer questions and share more natural ways of speaking.

You’ll like our group if:

• You’re learning Spanish but haven’t started speaking yet. This is a great place to break that barrier and start talking without fear, surrounded by people in the same situation.
• You already speak Spanish and want more chances to practice.
• You’re a native speaker and enjoy helping others learn your language—you’re more than welcome.
