Dear all,
Our feelings shapes how we experience the world around us. A person who is sad, anxious, disappointed, angry, or exhausted tends to see life through the “glasses” of that dominant mood. Our emotions color our thoughts, decisions, and relationships.
Each of us develops strategies to cope with negative feelings and to hold on to positive ones—but sometimes we need support, new perspectives, or simply the space to be heard. And often, after we receive support, we find we have even more to share with others.
The Practical Psychology Club is a place to explore these themes together. Here, we will:

  • Learn how psychology and emotional intelligence can help us navigate everyday life.
  • Share psychological aspects of life experiences, challenges, and strategies in a supportive environment.
  • I can provide some tips how one can shift our mindset and cultivate resilience using mindshift.
  • Build a community where we can both give and receive encouragement and mental strength.

I will guide the sessions as a Mindshifting mentor, if you are curious, open, and ready to reflect together—welcome to the group.
