Is childhood trauma a life lesson or a lifelong burden? Change to Wednesday 14/1
Details
Dear all,
NOTICE I need to change the date from Sunday to Wednesday.
We have all faced life’s obstacles—losses, hardships, and major challenges—that leave deep imprints in our memory. From time to time, these experiences resurface in our thoughts; sometimes they appear briefly, and sometimes they swirl within us constantly. They remind us of the fragility of life, its limits, and the passing of time.
How can we face these memories and realities—and still move forward?
Can we see it as life lessons or "our inner war" which we survived, overcome?
What do these experiences teach us about ourselves, our values, and our strength?
You are warmly welcome to join the discussion.
I can share some Mind Shift ideas to Shift Traumas to Life Lessons.
best regards,
Vilija

In this club, we share and discuss perspectives on human emotional and existential well-being.
Modern technological development has empowered humanity to conquer the external world and even create artificial intelligence. Yet, when it comes to understanding and mastering our emotions, thoughts, and inner well-being—the inner landscape of the human mind—no technology has truly solved this challenge.
This club is for those who are seeking inner depth, meaning, and balance in an increasingly high-tech and externally driven world.
We decide the specific topic for each upcoming meeting during the latest gathering.
From the 4th of January we move to
NEW LOCATION Restaurant Källarbyn in Gamla Stan, Old Town,
Stora Nygatan 31, 111 27 Stockholm We star at 19h, the place closes at 21 h, therefore come earlier and get something at the bar. We will sit in the concert hall (Scen) at the bottom.
