Dear all,
What is Existential Health - a new health dimension lifted by World Health Organisation recently, that people in developed countries experience. Living in peace and having all what is needed for daily life provided, stress is caused by relatively small matters and the meaning of life might be lost or never identified. What about you? Have you ever considered these questions, is it relevant to your life?

## Lets discuss core dimensions of existential health

### 1. Meaning & purpose

  • Does your life has direction?
Do you know why you do what you do
  • Do you feel your actions matter?

This idea is strongly influenced by Viktor Frankl, who showed that meaning — not pleasure — is central to human well-being.

### 2. Values & authenticity

  • Do you live in line with your own values?
  • Do you feel that you are making conscious choices rather than automatic ones?
  • Do you feel - “this life is mine”?

A person can be stressed or sad — yet existentially healthy — if they feel aligned with what truly matters.

***

### 3. Freedom & responsibility

  • Who makes choices and decisions in your life?
Do you take responsibility for how you respond to life?

This is often uncomfortable — but deeply strengthening.

***

### 4. Belonging & connection

  • Do you feel connection to others, humanity, or something larger
  • Do you and how do you experience love, contribution, and service
  • Not feeling existentially alone

Belonging doesn’t mean dependency — it means meaningful relation.

***

### 5. Acceptance of life’s givens

  • How do you handle awareness of death and finitude?
  • Do you have ability to tolerate uncertainty?
  • Can you integrating suffering without being crushed by it?

Existential health grows when we face reality, not when we avoid it.
Warm welcome!

I would be grateful if you swish 50 sek to 0737241879 for participation to cover the costs associated with running this group on meetup.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
In this club, we share and discuss perspectives on human emotional and existential well-being.

Modern technological development has empowered humanity to conquer the external world and even create artificial intelligence. Yet, when it comes to understanding and mastering our emotions, thoughts, and inner well-being—the inner landscape of the human mind—no technology has truly solved this challenge.
This club is for those who are seeking inner depth, meaning, and balance in an increasingly high-tech and externally driven world.

We decide the specific topic for each upcoming meeting during the latest gathering.

LOCATION Restaurant Källarbyn in Gamla Stan, Old Town,
Stora Nygatan 31, 111 27 Stockholm

I will guide the sessions as a Mind shift mentor, if you are curious, open, and ready to reflect together—welcome to the meeting.

Join us to connect, reflect, and discover how small shifts can make a big difference.
