Am I ready for my next relationship?
Details
Dear all,
This time we will talk and discuss about relationship balance through three essential dimensions and reflect backwards and dream forward:
1. READY TO GIVE and SHARE?
- What do you want to give to a partner — and what are you actually able to give and share?
- Let’s discover your relationship strengths, including some you may never have recognized before.
- What qualities do I bring into a relationship?
- How do I naturally show love, care and appreciation?
- How much time, attention and emotional energy am I genuinely ready to give?
- When my partner is struggling, what kind of support am I able to offer?
- What might a future partner value most about being with me?
2. EXPECTING TO RECEIVE?
- What do you need from a partner?
- What are your expectations, needs and boundaries — and which of them truly matter to you?
- What do I need in order to feel loved, respected and emotionally safe?
- Which qualities in a partner are essential for me — and which are simply preferences?
- What am I willing to compromise on, and what am I not willing to compromise on?
- What are my boundaries, and am I able to communicate them clearly?
- Are my expectations realistic — and would I be willing to offer the same things I expect to receive?
3. WILLING TO SHARE & GROW?
- What are you ready to build together?
- How do you want to grow within a relationship — and towards what?
- What kind of life would I like us to create together?
- What am I ready to share — my time, emotions, responsibilities, decisions, dreams and everyday life?
- How willing am I to adapt and compromise without losing myself?
- How would I like us to handle differences, difficulties and change?
- How can I support my partner’s growth while continuing to grow myself?
- What would make me feel that we are not only staying together, but actually growing together?
The goal is to identify and embrace our inner balance and outer boundaries — so that we can enter a relationship knowing both what we bring, what we need, and what we are ready to build together.
We will talk-work in mixed gender groups of 6-10 people at several tables and see where this will take you!
A warm welcome!
