Self-observation: What do I want in life?
Details
Dear all,
How to Find us: WE GO BACK TO KÄLLARBYN
# Self-Observation: Have You Found Your Own Direction in Life?
Do you truly know what you want from life? Have you defined your vision and goals?
Some people have a clear sense of direction, while others navigate life as though sailing through a stormy sea, guided by expectations imposed by society, parents, and other influential figures.
We are often told what a successful, meaningful, or happy life should look like. Yet following these expectations can leave us feeling anxious, frustrated, unfulfilled, or lost.
Have you looked deeply within yourself to discover what you truly want — from yourself, from others, and from life?
### Five questions for reflection and discussion
- Are you living the life you truly want, or the life others have taught you to want?
- How much of your vision of success and happiness is genuinely yours, and how much comes from society, family, or cultural expectations?
- Do you have a clear direction and meaningful goals, or are you simply responding to whatever life brings?
- What prevents you from pursuing what truly matters to you — fear, uncertainty, obligations, or the need for others' approval?
- If you were free from others' expectations and the fear of failure, what would you change about your life today?
Come, share your thoughts, challenge your assumptions, and explore these questions together.
Perhaps the most important journey in life is not toward becoming who we should be, but discovering who we truly want to become.
It might be a very deep workshop for those who really will!
