Dear all,
Emotionally Intelligent Relationships — Is This Possible?

  1. Is an emotionally intelligent relationship possible — or is it just an ideal?
  2. Is emotional intelligence in relationships something that comes naturally or something that must be developed consciously?
  3. Do I want a partner to live with — or to live for?
  4. Is a relationship meant to complete me — or to grow me?
  5. Do I enter relationships out of love or out of fear of being alone?
  6. How do I behave in my relationships — consciously or on autopilot?
  7. Do I give more than I receive — or expect more than I offer?
  8. Am I emotionally available or emotionally protected?
  9. Do I allow myself to grow within the relationship?
  10. Do I allow my partner to grow?
  11. Can I be deeply connected and still independent?
  12. Am I afraid of losing the relationship — or losing myself inside it?
  13. Can love exist without control?
  14. Am I in a relationship for safety, comfort, sex, finances, children, status — or love?
  15. Would I choose this relationship again from a place of clarity — not fear?
  16. Can I express my needs without blaming?
  17. Can I listen without preparing my defense?
  18. Do I take responsibility for my emotions — or expect my partner to manage them?
  19. Can I stay present during conflict without withdrawing or attacking?
  20. Do I love who my partner is now — or who I hope the person will become?

FINALLY: Now, as we have discussed emotional intelligence in relationships- what do you want to change in your relationship first?

I and some experienced group members will moderate the sessions, and I can facilitate from a Mindshifting mentor perspective.

If you are curious, open, and ready to reflect together—welcome to the group.
Join us to connect, reflect, and discover how small shifts can make a big difference.
Warm regards,
Vilija
